Bringing Light to our Disconnections

forest scene to represent the peace that comes with practicing the diamond approach.

Your parents may not see your inherent value, or in some cases they may have undercut it. This could be unconscious — they don’t know they are doing this.

As a result of not being seen and supported in this way, we can be cut off from our own inherent value, and we look outside ourselves for this quality. This can and does permeate our relationships.

So, when we have deep relationship, part of us is unconsciously or consciously looking for that person to validate your value.

The Diamond Approach allows us to bring these disconnections to light and help us on our journey to our deepest true nature.

Essential Qualities connect us with the Source

There is an inner stillness which is one of the ways that we can connect with that place beyond time. And that is just one way that this connection can be made. All Essential Qualities are by definition part of this inner connection to being–stillness, love, joy, strength and many others.

The overall orientation of the Diamond Approach is that we seek to understand the barriers to experiencing ourselves as essence and also to find ways to connect more with essence. In effect, we are working with both the qualities and also the personality barriers.

We work the outside in with the personality issues… and the inside out with our inner felt sense of our true nature.  Both processes help in the realization of our deepest nature–the journey from ego to being.
